Since childhood, I have had a deep love and eagerness to learn yoga. During our school days, we used to have a yoga hour once a week. We were asked to bring a yoga mat, but not everyone had one, including me. So, I would take a rough towelπ instead. PT period and yoga period were truly the best times in school, especially until 8th grade. As an adult, I developed the habit of doing yoga during COVID. It helped me a lot in rejuvenating myself. When the whole world was struggling for life, this practice saved and healed me in many ways. However, I continued yoga only for a few months in college. I thought I didn’t have enough time, so I stopped. But the truth is, I was never really that busy and now I realize it more clearly.
