The Urge to Move.

Suddenly you feel—

still,

yet your legs

ache to move

when songs are played.

Those legs and hands

can’t hide anymore.

Legs won’t stop moving,

and hands,

and mind

become one,

lost in a choreo.

It hurts

to tie those legs,

to cage the heart

itself.

It’s suffocating,

it’s yearning.

Is a break fine?

Until you don’t put a full stop,

until you don’t stop yourself,

until you realise

you are not 'YOU' without it.

When the body moves,

you feel lighter—

like you

could win the entire world

with your energy.

You could light up

yourself

and others.

Isn’t it magic?

It’s the power dance holds.

Cracking

that missing step,

that difficult one—

the best satisfaction ever.

Sad?

Happy?

In love?

Dance it out

with all of yourself.

With music,

your beautiful self,

you change the mood.

Decide—

whether to

prison

yourself,

or fly.
